Acclaimed book designers Michael Bierut (New York), Irma Boom (Amsterdam), Massimo Vignelli (New York), and Lorraine Wild (Los Angeles) discuss the new challenges, new opportunities, and new ways of approaching the design of books that address visual culture, as well as their views on and insights into the future of the design book—from print to pixels. Moderated by Barry Bergdoll, The Philip Johnson Chief Curator of Architecture and Design at the Museum of Modern Art (New York).
